With Softbank's acquisition of ARM, we are growing at an even faster pace than before, hiring across all functions and departments. New teams and structures are coming in, with opportunities for current employees to move to a new challenge within the company.
Regarding salary increases, the majority of reviews in the company are considered 'High Performing' which means the salary increase will always be above annual inflation rate. If you've 'Exceeded Expectations', the salary increase will be higher, along with the bonus payout.
It's an exciting time to be at ARM, and since you did leave a positive outlook of the company, we do hope that you will reconsider coming back to ARM in the future!

It's definitely very exciting times at ARM! We're very fortunate that ARM technology is embedded in to almost everything electronic, which means the work we do has a real chance to impact people's lives in a very meaningful way.
