- Above average compensation - Opportunity to work on the forefront of industry developments - Great work/life balance

Cons

- The current management and Softbank are running this once-great the company to the ground. - All decisions are self-serving starting from the top management which especially in ISG demonstrates very little professional honesty despite countless proclamations to the contrary. - Deeply ingrained consensus culture - Constructive debate, honest feedback and decision ownership are actively discouraged and often punished.
