While our base salary is competitive with other similar tech companies, once you factor in the extra benefits such as the new Flexpot, vacation buy, sabbatical, etc., the total compensation package is very generous!
With the new Flexpot, you can also use part of those funds to expand your skillset, helping with your career development.
Since we joined the Softbank family, we've hired over 1000 people, which is more than 20% of the current workforce in the last year. Considering that Arm is now a 27 year old company, that's a huge amount of growth, with more to come!
