Regarding your con, employees at different grades go through leadership training courses and conferences throughout the year to improve their skill sets, which in turn helps ARM to operate more efficiently. Many of the slides which are developed for these courses/conferences can be found on the Talent & Development Intranet page, so I invite you to visit and see what courses can also benefit you.
In addition, they routinely hold AMA (Ask me Anything) sessions regarding questions and feedback you may have. I encourage you to participate so your voice is heard!
