      Pros

      Very open working environment. You can read the graphics document from both HW and SW if you want, and also get access to the code. Engineers are good quality, and they play a well team work. They aim for resolving any kind of the problems. Work-life can be balanced.

      Cons

      The salary is a bit low. The management doesn't understand the importance of some teams. Promotion is pretty slow. Not so much room for development if you are already grade 6.

      Pros

      - Brilliant people who are experts in their fields - Open discussions, friendly environment - Lots of idea sharing and events going on - Positive experience for graduates who benefit from rotations and early careers training opportunities

      Cons

      - Outside of graduate schemes, no clear routes for career progression or promotion, which is based on subjective decisions. Lack of detailed and prescriptive roles means you end up doing a lot of out of scope work for no reward or recognition. - Recent cuts mean overburdened, stressed staff and abandoned projects - Increased DEI focus is really positive, but hard to see any tangible action coming from it. - Funding and time for professional development & training is really dependent on your team/manager - Poor work-life balance

      Work and life balance. Nice working environment (buildings, facilities).

      Cons

      Slow promotion, poor senior management. I seldomly see colleagues (engineers) within my team got promoted to fair grades.
