      Gym Facilities on-site Coffee choices Free soda water (not regular water) Subsidized snacks (25cents) Subsidized lunch ($5) Volunteerism and Corporate Responsibilities Activities are provided

      Cons

      Arm is a project driven global partner so, weekend, after hours work required. IT department is distant. Users mostly resolve our own problems. Need equity share in stocks (RSU, ESPP etc.) Aggressive revenue targets decreases realized bonus plans.

      Some silos exist, although seem to be flattening.

      Great technology, knows how to win in the market place

      Cons

      This is a collegiate, consensus driven culture. If you aren't comfortable socializing ideas and expect management to tell you what to do, this company isn't a good fit for you.
