Reading some other reviews, it seems we have many new people who see the company as a place with a good pay package and good work-life balance. I suspect this is purely due to the fact that the more established employees still do most of the real work, leaving the less useful new people time to do more fun things like DEI engagement and/or have their work-life balance. Despite massive employee growth, it's still largely the same people doing the heavy lifting, while not being appropriately rewarded, and are now also expected to support/train all the new people and their quest for work-life balance. This doesn't seem very good for our work-life balance, nor is our reward appropriate for the added workload. Also, uncertainty first with Nvidia, now with IPO, restructuring etc.

Internal politics is rife and not healthy. Motivation will drop over time due to the politics that takes place.
