      Pros

      Very clever people. Good working atmosphere, many people willing to collaborate and help things move forward. Not much internal politics.

      Cons

      Some business processes are not as efficient as they could be. Workload is high, so short-term firefighting can prevent actual process improvement.

      Pros

      Clever people, very sound senior leadership, people who care about the people and the industry. Long term decisions made for the greater good of the company and ecosystem. Great benefits - RSU's and Sabbaticals.

      Cons

      It tends to be such a good environment that people commit a lot of time - it can swallow you up - when things are going well and you are engaged, this is great, when things aren't going so well, this can be more tough.

      Pros

      ARM is a fair employer. The work is challenging, demanding and at times interesting. A lot of experienced people you get to learn from. Benefits package is on par with the industry standard.

      Cons

      Salaries are way higher for the same role in the US, at times double. Cost of living in UK is very very high, inflation is high, economy is down. Quality of life is not great.
