The first thing that struck me when I joined Arm is how truly people-centric it seemed. I felt that this is a company where I can be unashamedly myself and be recognized for who I am rather than what is written in a job role. The way Arm has treated it's employees over the pandemic has bourn that out with true care for us as whole human beings with families and personal lives displayed consistently. Beyond that, Arm is a fun and challenging place to work with intelligent and motivated colleagues.

Cons

Things are all a bit uncertain at the moment. I think senior leadership are doing what they can but nevertheless we are in a state of flux as a result of the on-going deal and no one really knows how long they will have a job for.
