Food,employee discounts,that is about it.

I was hired into a position where there was an expectation that you would be able to perform from day one despite not having industry experience. The hardest part was that the colleagues were not particularly welcoming and the bosses were not keen to exchange ideas.The most uncollaborative workplace I've ever experienced.
