salary & benefits colaborative wider team household name

Cons

Management within this specific team weren't knowledgable about the ecomm world so had no skills to pass on to colleagues. Ecomm is very much a 'side project' to instore and as such has low visibility within the wider Arla company and fails to get traction or be seen as anything of importance with colleagues.
