Pros

None I can think of. It is the worst place I've worked in my life. Not exaggerating. I've done factory jobs where I had to lift 60lbs constantly and they were leagues better than this.

Cons

Supervisors don't know what they are doing. Have to do work you aren't supposed to do all the time and are always looking to push every worker to the limit. I quit after 2 days as I was appalled at the incompetent idiots working there. Now i understand why this place a revolving door. No sane person would work here long term.

Pros

10 days off, lots of time off between shifts, onsite gym, scope to be signed off for forklift use/experience

Cons

Lots of managers and team leaders focusing on different aspects which they think need to be improved, very low operative morale, committed shifts, state of the art voice picking near enough cripples the work force, AGVs, call ins
