Pros

None.The only pros that you are still getting paid to cover basic expenses.

Cons

Some employees are encouraged by management to bully and harass other employees to easier control personnel.As a result,awful work culture and low morale.Constant rotation of personnel

Pros

The pay is fairly good and the people are pretty friendly. There are lots of overtime opportunities and overtime pay (time and a half). On Sundays they pay double.

Cons

Vacation times and policies suck. They don't roll over and aren't very long.
