Great environment, very flat hierarchy, nice people and the opportunity to influence the company direction and have a considerable impact

Cons

It is not yet a global FMCG company but rather a Danish company with international businesses. The CEO has the right vision but a large part of his management team his made of the old Danish guard and some of them not at the same level of executives at the top global FMCG companies. Unfortunately underperforming leaders are not getting changed
