I've worked at ArrMaz for a little over a year. When I joined Arkema had recently purchased the company. Although change can be hard, some of the changes I have seen have been for the better. I have grown in my career with the opportunities that have been provided to me.

Cons

While there are many capital projects happening, the facilities continue to need updating.

Working at Arkema as a chemical engineering co-op served as a valuable experience for me in the manufacturing industry. Great camaraderie and a lovely working environment.

Cons

The location of the plant was in the middle of nowhere but other than that, everything was perfect!
