      great product prospects, bright future

      Pros

      - the shift team is staffed with personnel who have gone through quite a rigorous selection interview. Good professionals to work with - Green cycle product. Our polymer is biodegradable. - great team leaders to work with.

      Cons

      - could be better pay masters as this is a really profitable business line - plant construction is much to be desired, always leaking here and there due to the make of the piping etc.a - safety team not staffed with experienced personnel, which is telling on the policies.
