Coworkers in the lab were very kind and helpful. Work life balance is nice and the work isn't difficult. The company seems to be growing nicely.

Cons

Pay is not good. The work is not mentally stimulating, just routine tasks. Manager is of disingenuous character. ex: Admitted to selling workers the ideas that they are more important than they are and going to be moving up in the company in order to keep them content and distracted from cons in the workplace.
