      Poor management, poor planning, not promoting friendly, too much overtime not enough time for personal life, pay isn't at what that industries pays in another places.

      Worked in 2 different business units and for the most part the coworkers were fun, helpful and easy to work with. Made some lifelong friends.

      Cons

      Not enough work in my department and was downsized - would have liked to stay at the company longer.

      Pros

      Really nice work environment; not a company with an huge structure, so you can count on local autonomy to take decisions and run projects; an innovative company, investing a lot to be recognized as so. Should be in the list of great place to work in my opinion.
