      Pros

      Its a fine place, decent enough facility, Many good coworkers. Real global teams, and some interesting science going on. Great emphasis on safety.

      Cons

      Slow moving culture. Claims to be "innovative chemistry" but is in reality quite risk adverse and conservative.

      Good pay, good exposure to how a big chemical company works. Interns are given nice working conditions and an office.

      Cons

      Corporate culture runs everything and you have to waste your time with things related to that. Some people do not care to have interns work under them and under utilize them.
