      Firstly, we want to emphasize that the well-being and fair treatment of our employees are of the utmost importance to us. It is unacceptable for any employee to feel harassed or unfairly treated. Moving forward, we are committed to ensuring that all employees are treated with respect and dignity during all their professional time. To this end Arkema Group’s whistleblowing system offers the possibility for Group employees and other Group stakeholders to report non-compliances related to the Arkema Group, which they are aware of including HR related ones. As part of the Well Being at Work program launched by the Group in 2019, a global psychological support and anti-harassment system has been put in place. Arkema has teamed up with Eutelmed to set up a new worldwide information, alertness and psychological support system for all employees. We have not recorded internally any situation in relation with the facts being related your post.
