      Great Company, Wonderful Culture

      Pros

      Arkema is incredibly invested in developing their employees. Whether you've been at the company a long time or are just starting out, they want you trained. They want to give you opportunities to move up within the company in (in my experience) all areas. All required travel for training is covered by the company including rental cars, lodging, flights, per diem, etc.. I have not met or worked with anyone in this company that I do not want to work with again in the future. Arkema is a gem that must be protected at all costs. It only goes up from here.

      Cons

      The pay is towards the lower middle end of the spectrum given the competitive area they are located in.
