      Management likes to run plants with inefficient staffing. People here work multiple hats with inadequate compensations. Managers prioritize customers over their employees leading to 20+ hr shifts and unpredictable production schedules.

      Flex-time is the only thing I can think of.

      Cons

      -Absolutely no training programs nor documentation in place for new hires -Ineffectual management---everyone has a title, but take no responsibility -Change the role on a whim and with no regard to employee's strengths/skill-set -Expect everything and give nothing -Only focused on cost-savings at the expense of employee morale/trust -Treat employees as expendable -Use deceptive language to reel in prospective hires and then completely change the role
