      Pros

      Arkema is a good employer if you're looking for long-term employment.

      Cons

      The onboarding/training process has always been lacking here. I've also never had a clear conversation regarding compensation in any of the interviews I've had at Arkema. They do not bring up compensation in interviews, so you will have to.

      When you actually get a day off. I’m going to give you a real world view.

      Cons

      Compensation should not be a way to shut people up for terrible management and unsafe practices. Compensation is for the work and dangerous environments you put us in. You should do unannounced visits to your plants so you see the true colors of all. See the supervisors who sleep on the job. See the supervisors who don’t give a damn about honesty and integrity. They care about their jobs over anything. Racial slurs. If I was higher management I’d fire them all. Workers who do bare minimum and complain still.

      Arkema takes safety, ethics, and inclusion very seriously. We have a strong safety record and robust safety practices. We also have strong internal training on our Code of Conduct which clearly states our stance against the behavior this employee alleges, and also provides multiple avenues for employees to report such behavior internally. We strongly urge this employee to submit a complaint to our Ethics Hotline or other internal means of reporting so we can investigate these claims.
