      The salary is good pay

      Cons

      Lack of formal training. No communication from supervisors, poor communication from them. Do not take suggestions from staff. Dark environment. Too many meetings.

      Great people below management. Relatively good benefits. Try to promote a good environment for employees.

      Pay is not the best. Management is to focused on meetings. Run freely without accountability. Don't know the businesses they run.
