Lively firm with some strategy in terms of global business. Important financial pressure, but can cope with. Nice size allowing for career opportunities.

Sometimes, feedback like that can help us making things better, even if it takes times. About salaries, we benchmark each year and it appears that we are not subaverage compared to competitors, but there is some differences about packages.
