good location, good work/life balance

Cons

No motivation for PhD level employee. Scientist level employee does not have bonus while the entry level manager receives significant bonus. Management team does not care employees' career development.

- Leader in the specialty chemical industry - Good work atmosphere: courtesy and trust - Lots of attention given to training and safety - Fair amount of days off permitted - Interesting offers by the Company commitee (CE)

Cons

- Few possibilities of being hired as a permanent employee - Interns not integrated/taken seriously as proper employees

Merci pour votre commentaire et les points d'appui que vous avez identifié. Pour ce qui est des "internes", faites-vous référence aux stagiaires ? Si c'est le cas, il ne faut pas hésiter à entrer en relation avec l'antenne RH local qui vous mettra en relation avec le service recrutement au niveau du siège, pour anticiper une éventuelle conversion en CDD ou CDI en fonction des opportunités.
