      Pros

      - Job can be very interesting. Awesome products. - Lots of responsibilities - Interesting company growth strategy - Flexible hours

      Cons

      - Payroll / reward program are just a joke. Arkema is a cheap company - A few HR managers are absolutely useless. - No excellence/high achiever culture - Nothing done for young talents (no special career tracks / poor recognition). This strategy will bankrupt this company in the long run - Some teams are a way understaffed.

      The best eighteen months of my working career, working in the glass coatings group.

      Pros

      Wonderful people in my group, hired me based on my job experience, not on my degrees. Safety first company. Flexible working hours. I was able to go to China twice to assist with installation and commissioning of glass coaters.

      Cons

      Laid off due to economic conditions in glass manufacturing world wide. Our number one costumer did not renew yearly contract for chemicals.
