Pros

Small company feeling. Benefits, good dedicated employees,flexible vacation time, could work remotely when needed.

Cons

Not enough headcount, highly overload you with work. Must be available 24-7. Mid to upper level management old school unwilling to change. If you work hard does matter they fire you for no reason. Restructuring all the time. Changing managers all the time. Beware... They make u feel like it is a good secure company and stab you in the back and fire you for no reason. Pay is average.

- Opportunity to meet and work with high-level managers. - People are passionate about their activities, they have the best interest of their company at heart. - Cross-cultural experiences. - Good work/life balance. - Good share of responsibilities with challenging and interesting assignments. - Performance acknowledged and rewarded.

Cons

- Career evolution less dynamic for support functions, as it is an engineering company.

Pros

Matching 401K, the ability to work from home basically sums it up

Cons

The lifers are lazy and afraid of change, the french run the company from France EVERYTHING goes through them so change really never happens... they just keep kicking the rocks down the road. Racism is the norm and runs rapid at the KofP campus. I would run and run FAST!
