Poor management and benefits. Process not easy to master and having frequent upsets.

Working here was a terrible experience. Management thrives on micromanagement, using humiliation and insults instead of constructive feedback. They frequently target people of color and retaliate against employees who report mistreatment to HR by placing them on PIPs. I’ve witnessed coworkers crying on the job and highly inappropriate behavior from both managers and HR. They do not treat employees equally and expect silence in the face of humiliation. During my time here, I worked in constant fear, with severe anxiety due to the dysfunction and disrespect of the Functional Additive team’s leadership. Mistakes are not tolerated, and employees are expected to maintain a forced, cheerful demeanor at all times. There is zero flexibility for medical appointments, even in emergencies. Avoid this place and find a job elsewhere.
