      Pros

      I'm referring to the very short ones that provide no input, only a high rating to pump up the company's overall rating. These people should at least learn how to spell so that they look authentic. As for the pros, the company is a good training ground, but don't expect to go anywhere unless you're French

      Cons

      A hostile work environment once they decide you're too expensive to keep due to your years of experience.

      Pros

      Lively firm with some strategy in terms of global business. Important financial pressure, but can cope with. Nice size allowing for career opportunities.

      Cons

      Depending too much on which BU you work for. Salaries are slightly sub average when compared to competitors

      If you see room for improvement about working environment within the BU, feel free to express it to your supervisor or to the career manager. Sometimes, feedback like that can help us making things better, even if it takes times. About salaries, we benchmark each year and it appears that we are not subaverage compared to competitors, but there is some differences about packages.
