Lots of new things to learn from lead chef. He knows a lot and is willing to teach. Busy lunch and dinner keeps time moving fast. Received two raises withing the year I worked there.

Cons

Communication needs improvement. FOH staff does little to help one another. Food Expeditor is a a must but they operate without one.
