      Pros

      Its a fine place, decent enough facility, Many good coworkers. Real global teams, and some interesting science going on. Great emphasis on safety.

      Cons

      Slow moving culture. Claims to be "innovative chemistry" but is in reality quite risk adverse and conservative.

      People were friendly. Management was reasonable. They were flexible when necessary. Overtime was offered when a lot of work was needed to be done.

      Shift work got tiring after a while. Occasionally had to work night shifts alone which was hard sometimes. Sometimes a disconnect between operators and the lab
