      Pros

      Arkema U,S is a great place to work. Opportunities for growth and training are made available to employees. The people you work with are collaborative. Management is helpful toward goal setting.

      Cons

      Incentive bonuses are only for select upper managers. There was no bonus program for other staff contributing to success this may be because the business is French owned & perhaps those types of incentives do not translate well. In America incentives are sought after.
