Teamwork amongst several different teams is exceptional.

Cons

Clueless upper management due to the extent of the company size, leading to most higher-ups not having a basic understanding of what the industry that they are working in involves. Redundancy in Malta office was also handled very poorly, where employees were left constantly confused as to what was going on.

It used to be a good place to work till 2022 thats all. You work for a good brand name, thats all good about this company.

Cons

Extremely incompetent management. Top leaders keeps on saying "We want to make the India office a GCC" Global capability centre. if you keep on firing employees like this, you can forget the India office will even exist in few months. All the new managers are incompetent and doesnt know how to handle team and keep boasting how great they are and how much changes they have brought. A bunch of self-loathing egoists. First they will give you fake appreciation and an award for best performer, and then they will fire you the next month.
