      Decent Company as a whole but different departments may suck

      Decent Company as a whole, good benefits and pretty work space/toilets

      Cons

      Depending where you work aka department (not a small group the entire department) you will need to deal with marginally qualified micro managers. They have a cult like behavior pushed from their managers who pretty push all responsibilities down and blame team members for all the mishaps. You can do 1000 extra things but when you miss 1 thing in the 1000 items you get shamed. Limited career advancement as much of hiring/work is planned in India. This implies you may be working 2 jobs in 1. The US timezone and also later during the day

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits about average for Las Vegas.

      Cons

      Upper management likes to talk the talk but NO EXECUTION!!!! The directive comes from AU and the USA is the dumping ground for incompetent Upper Management that is very Chauvinistic. If you try to change things and management does not like you, find a another job because they will fire you!!

      Salary is above average the market. Some of the best employees I worked with ever but most of them have now left for MS,Adobe Amazon and other top companies..All the best have left in 2012...from Manager to Team Lead to Engineer...Around 40 out of 150 have left. Recently some yearly trips and other stuff like providing some low quality food on the single floor where it operates has started.

      The game of politics is played like anything Whoever kisses the asses of their bosses like dogs will get better appraisals. You would not come to know about it until the end when your appraisal is done. They say gaming company ..But the work is pathetic..Simple porting...A game can be ported in less than an hour...No Knowledge Transfer..Old employees will befool you...Would provoke you to stand up against your manager and in the backend will be at their feet ... Earlier flexible timings were there and that too has been suppressed.
