Too much bureaucracy and risk avoidance, fun but flat at times with a need to reinvigorate staff morale and direct vision

The people are fantastic, there are some incredibly talented people working at Aristocrat who make it enjoyable going to work everyday. Its great working for an Australian company that has end-to-end functions from product design to manufacturing to sales & service. The North Ryde building is new and there's free parking.

Cons

Its not as exciting as working in the city, but the commuting is much better.
