      No HR, No employee friendly policies. Lots of bureaucratic people who ruins higher mgmt initiatives .

      Pros

      You might get a better deal in terms of salary if you are a good negotiator. Most of the project no Job pressure

      Cons

      Rest everything comes in this section. No clear policies. Management is completely handicapped people when it comes to technology and industry real time implementation experience. There are couple of good people but they drive their car with a help of drivers who are actually truck driver. and the best part contrary to what I said in pros about no work pressure. You will get fired in 10 mins without any reason.

      Salary is above average the market. Some of the best employees I worked with ever but most of them have now left for MS,Adobe Amazon and other top companies..All the best have left in 2012...from Manager to Team Lead to Engineer...Around 40 out of 150 have left. Recently some yearly trips and other stuff like providing some low quality food on the single floor where it operates has started.

      The game of politics is played like anything Whoever kisses the asses of their bosses like dogs will get better appraisals. You would not come to know about it until the end when your appraisal is done. They say gaming company ..But the work is pathetic..Simple porting...A game can be ported in less than an hour...No Knowledge Transfer..Old employees will befool you...Would provoke you to stand up against your manager and in the backend will be at their feet ... Earlier flexible timings were there and that too has been suppressed.
