- Very much remuneration distinction ( fresher might get the salary equivalent to Senior engineer). - Processes required much more improvements. - No efforts to appreciate your work.

Good pay, interesting stuff to work on even the appraisals are also good.

Cons

Sone old employees who are good fornothing will not let you grow and they spread bad politics. Have seen above average employees getting fired based on politics and never seen people not capable getting fired.

Heart Breaking Appraisals

I am unable to find any one after my 2 years of job here

Cons

Indian management thinks they are very smart. Every employee is given appraisal of 15-18%. The smart thing they have done is that they have increased the basic salary only by Rs 1k-2k and rest all in flexi (which we never due to stupid policies of management and TMF) . So in short still after 20 % hike i am getting only 1000 more of my inhand. No employee friendly policies at all. All good reviews below are from HR that i am pretty sure.
