Good team of workers, people want to do a good job, good pay, and good benefits. There is talent in the company at the mid-level and line level.

Cons

The biggest problem that ATI has is with Sr. Management. They place incompetent people into Sr. roles. AU uses the US as a dumping ground for poor leaders and talk a good game when it comes to change but never follow through with any good initiatives. I guess it just costs to much to be good. They want only cool-aid drinkers and no one that will challenge poor choices the company makes.

Very aggressive management,they can launch a new policy every week . No efforts to appreciate your work Management is ignorant and has no knowledge where they are going but always are in meeting. Nobody knows what to do,they always refer previous projects and how they were implemented. Very much remuneration distinction. A fresher might get a salary equal to that of Snr software Engg.

.poor quality of work. Stupid management. Team leads are technically illeterate Very strange mode of operations where developers performance is evaluated similar to that of a sales man. In a nutshell. As stroustrup has rightly said. "company which treats its progammers as morons is only left with morons." fits perfectly here.
