Horrible HR and Management, Embarrassing SW Suite
Pros
Some of the people were nice. Some had the skills necessary to perform their roles.
Cons
Out of the 10 people in my work group, I would only recommend 4 to any company looking to hire quality employees. There is no room for advancement in this company unless someone retires. Even then, a high-level position may be filled by someone with absolutely no experience in your field because ATI wants to keep the institutional knowledge from leaving and needs a way to give them a raise but cannot create the headcount in their department. Vegas management does that "headcount shuffle" so they don't have to ask Australia permission to increase resources. The Management plays the "blame game". Employees are not given clear direction or information needed to succeed. Feedback, if given, is vague. If you are looking to keep any skill sets up-to-date with the outside workforce, do not work here. The Casino Management Software platform is out of date, the project management process doesn't meet industry standards, and there isn't a Quality Assurance Department (although the jobs have been posted for a few years now) so you are testing your software in production. When you think about leaving the company or are "future endeavored", contact an employment lawyer because HR will screw you over with paying out benefits. My best advice to anyone thinking of working for this company; DON'T. If you can't find anything else, then document everything! Keep logs of all the harassment from management, coworkers, and HR. Also be warned, IT will read your emails and chat logs.
