Aristocrat is at the top of the industry, so it feels good to be the top dog. Lots of changes which can be fun to work around.

Cons

Not many opportunities to grow as the changes come fast. Restructuring, desires to seek external employment make it hard for an internal to be able to move without big professional development changes.
