Pay is usually better than the other companies in the industry.

Cons

Culture has been declining for a while. Even though they want you to believe that they value honesty and integrity, the company doesn't exhibit any of that towards the employees. In the past three years, it has started getting top heavy, they keep getting rid of the engineers and bringing on new VP and SVPs.

- Management is God - No growth - No learning - No say if you feel oppressed as already said management is God - policies are manipulated on the fly by HR just to make management happy.
