      Pros

      - Very helpful and supportive management and other staff members - Different tasks on different days made it more interesting - Fairly accommodating for flexibility, both regular and ad hoc

      Cons

      - Not that many hours available, contracted 12 hours a week and that's usually all I got - Some of the systems were a bit awkward or outdated - Often short-staffed and expected to keep on top of a lot of different things at once on the collection counter
