The run's are well timed and mapped out for you. You usually have plenty of time, not rushed and sometimes get ahead, depending on how busy it is. Most management are friendly and approachable. The driving can be fun at times, especially if out in the sticks. Flexible and understanding of work/life balance.

Cons

Finished your run 2 hours earlier than expected and want to go? Don't get paid for those 2 hours. 20 hours work can be spread over 4 or 5 days a week. They can send you home if they don't need you, but you can also stay and do other things in warehouse if you want. Can't listen to your own music or podcasts on long drives..radio only.
