Pros
-mostly friendly staff -not usually too busy compared to other stores -getting paid at least something
Cons
-difficult to sell product care when you know it's a complete waste of money -pressure to get argos cards. I don't feel like we are qualified enough to offer them to customers and target's are ridiculous -irritating when you're the only one actually doing work while everyone else stands around and has a chat. At he end of the day youre getting paid the same/more than me -inconsistent hours. One week I'm working the minimum 6 hours and the next I'm working 25
