Often referred to as ‘bums on seats’ ensuring all staff know how replaceable they are. Favouritism within team leaders is very obvious too

Simple tasks, friendly colleagues, overtimes.

Cons

Headset- I had no problem with heavy lifting, 8h running, work under pressure but Headset it's reason I quit. You have to talk to device and give location of products etc Device is useless you have to repeat 20time what you want it's doesn't recognize, understand, hear your orders it's really annoying and wasting your time because you can't move forward to next task.
