Always something new happening and being challenged to go above and beyond

Cons

Not very understanding or lenient if you need time away from the office, even when you offer to work from home around appointments, unless you are higher management. Yearly reviews are completed by a team of people where you may only have limited dealings with them, and therefore aren't ranked as high as someone who has shown off all their successes to the whole business.
