None, the only pro is leaving.

Cons

Absolutely diabolical managers. Moody, unhelpful, no chance of promotion ever. Breaks not paid for, requirement to be in the shop ready for a briefing prior to shift, meaning in practice an extra 15 minutes daily unpaid.

not as bad as it sounds with argos, sometimes might feel like you're doing busy work and pretending to do something if its not busy that day but definitely not intensive

Cons

very impersonal and antisocial at times, not enough positive reinforcement from employers
