Morning runs are ok as finish by 1-2 then got rest of day No over head whilst on road and delivering parcels Compared to other companies a lot prefer to deliver for Argos

Cons

Less hours when they want you to but plenty of hours when want Cause been there a while always get longest runs Management communication no good between them Etc.

Great team at store level Lots to get involved with and learn about the company and how it operates from front of house, stock room, supply chain etc.

Cons

Unsociable hours, weekends, working through holidays Can be stressful when the store doesn't have the resource to cope with customer demand
