Pros

- Managers don’t micro-manage, which makes the job feel more independent. - You can finish earlier depending on your final delivery drop time, so the day can move quickly. - Hourly rate is decent for the work involved. - Driver colleagues are friendly, welcoming, and there’s a good sense of community among the driving team.

Cons

Feedback from management can feel inconsistent. Sometimes you don’t hear much until a mistake happens, and then it becomes a big issue even if it’s something minor. Not very team-oriented overall — there are clear divisions between warehouse staff, drivers, and managers, and people tend to stick to their own groups. - Getting weekends off is difficult, and holidays around Christmas are basically unavailable due to a strict “no holiday during Christmas” policy.
